Hello there, I am Jonathan Polancos. A Web developer by day, a geek 24/7 and I am bad at introductions. Anyway, I started to learn about investments during my college days and gained an interest about it ever since. I formally started investing when I landed my first job and I liked it ever since. I also found it interesting how typical aspects on being a geek proved to be an advantage in the world of investments. I have found little nuggets of parallelism of being a geek and being an investor ever since.
I started creating this blog so I can organize and share my thoughts about investing and to push myself in learning more about finance and investments while helping others by informing them about what investing really is and how they may help them in achieving their goals, motivate them to study and learn more about investing and take action. I want to encourage my fellow geeks to give investing a try. After a while, I realized that it is not really as boring as it seems. It is also beneficial for everyone to learn a thing or two about investing and finances, whether you're planning to build a better future for your family or simply being able to improve your standards of living. Planning ahead financially and having the right mindset certainly does help.
